- Boneless chicken breast
- Marinated with saffron
- Lemon juice
- Yogurt (for tenderness)

- Olive oil
- Optional: Garlic, turmeric, onion juice
- Saffron-Infused Iranian Rice (for 6 people):
- Long-grain Basmati or Iranian rice
- Saffron water
- Salt
